Road King Infrastructure (HKG:1098) recorded contracted sales of around 8.67 billion yuan for the nine months ended Sept. 30.
The total property sales including the outstanding subscribed sales of 536 million yuan reached 9.21 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 55%, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The toll road operator saw a toll revenue of 1.81 billion yuan from expressway projects during the nine months, down 39% from the same period in 2023, mainly due to the disposal of four expressways in China in April.
The average daily traffic volume of Indonesian expressway projects from January to September was 87,400 vehicles, a 3% year-over-year decrease.
