Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of Pinon Midstream in a debt-free $950 million cash transaction.
The deal broadens Enterprise's presence in the eastern flank of the Delaware Basin of Texas and New Mexico, and includes natural gas gathering and treating services, the provider of midstream energy services said.
