Mm2 Asia (SGX:1B0) completed the placement of 2,349,730,500 shares, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The issuance included 588,235,000 shares and 294,118,000 shares that were issued to V3 Brands and V3 Capital Investments, respectively. Meanwhile, 1,116,729,618 shares were issued and allotted to certain creditors of the company, the company said.
Following the completion of the placement, the total number of issued and paid-up shares of the company is now 6,535,644,330 shares.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on or around Nov. 5, the filing added.
