Havells India (NSE:HAVELLS, BOM:517354) plans to move its switchgears production capacity from its current location in Faridabad, India to its existing facilities in Sahibabad, according to a filing to the stock exchanges on Monday.
The move is aimed at gaining from synergy and scale of the two units.
Shares of the company were up over 2% in recent trade.
