GPT Group (ASX:GPT) maintained its funds from operations guidance of AU$0.32 per security and a distribution of AU$0.24 per security for the full year, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The real estate investment trust said in its third quarter report that total occupancy reached 97.9% across its retail, office, and logistics portfolio with a weighted average lease expiry of four and a half years, the filing said.
