Camden Property Trust (CPT) reported Q3 core adjusted funds from operations late Thursday of $1.48 per diluted share, down from $1.49 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected adjusted FFO of $1.43.
Property revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $387.2 million, down from $390.8 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected revenue of $389.4 million.
The company said it expects Q4 core FFO between $1.68 and $1.72. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.71.
The company now expects full-year 2024 core FFO between $6.79 and $6.83, compared with previous guidance of $6.74 and $6.84. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $6.78.
