Acesian Partners (SGX:5FW) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, ACF Eco Environment, in Singapore with an initial paid-up share capital of SG$100, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
ACF Eco Environment will focus on the sales and distribution of coated and uncoated stainless-steel ductwork, exhaust systems, and related equipment.
The establishment of ACF Eco Environment was funded through internal resources.
