- Stellantis said it is laying off about 1,100 employees at a Jeep Gladiator plant in Toledo, Ohio, as it works to reduce inventory across its North American operations.

- United States Cellular said it has agreed to sell a portion of spectrum licenses used to transmit mobile phone signals and high-speed data services to AT&T in a $1.02 billion deal.
