Swire Properties' (HKG:1972) Hong Kong office occupancy rate hovered at 93% for the third quarter ended Sept. 30 unchanged from the quarter through December 2023, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Meanwhile, mainland China office occupancy rates were between 80% and 97% during the quarter, compared to between 85% and 98% in the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023.
Retail occupancy across the firm's Hong Kong properties stood at 100% for the reporting period, between 93% and 100% at the firm's mainland properties, and at 100% at its American property.
By comparison, retail occupancy rates for the fourth quarter of 2023 ranged from 96% to 100% in Hong Kong, 93% to 100% on the mainland, and 100% in the US.
Swire has seven investment properties and hotels and three trading properties under development in China, four trading properties in Hong Kong, and one in each of Indonesia and Thailand.
Moreover, the company has two trading properties in sales in China and one in each of Hong Kong and Indonesia.
