Building materials manufacturer BBMG (SHA:601992, HKG:2009) subsidiary Jinyu Jiaye won the right to use the state-owned construction land in the FZX-0202-6025 plot of the shantytown renovation project on the west side of Tuqiao Middle Road in Tongzhou District, Beijing.
The total transaction price was 1.20 billion yuan for the site, which covers 21,536 square meters, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
