Brilliance China Automotive (HKG:1114) appointed Zhang Yue as the board's chairman, effective Nov. 4, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Zhang is also the chief executive officer and an executive director of the company, the filing added.
The company's shares were down by 3% in recent trading.
