Quickstep Holdings (ASX:QHL) Chief Financial Officer Dexter Clarke has resigned, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The aerospace and defense company appointed Martyn Dominy as interim CFO, effective Nov. 8, the filing said.
Quickstep Holdings' shares fell almost 7% in recent Wednesday trade.
