Shimao Group (HKG:0813) recorded contracted sales of around 3.11 billion yuan in October, with 255,916 square meters in contracted sold area, a Friday bourse filing said.

The property firm's average selling price was 12,133 yuan per square meter.

From January to October, contracted sales and sold area reached roughly 28.45 billion yuan and a little over 2.2 million square meters, respectively.

Shares of the company closed over 4% lower on Friday.
