Land developers such as Wang On Properties (HKG:1243), Sun Hung Kai Properties (HKG:0016), and Henderson Land (HKG:0012) resumed project launches following the US elections, The Standard reported Thursday.
Wang On will launch a price list as early as the week of Nov. 10 for its 101 Kings Road project in North Point. The project will offer units with one to three bedrooms, according to the report.
Sun Hung Kai and Wheelock rolled out 75 units at the 233 Prince Edward Road West project, focusing on three-bedroom apartments, The Standard said.
Wheelock Properties and Henderson Land will launch five 324-square-foot units on Saturday for up to HK$5.5 million after discounts, the report said.
Sun Hung Kai said the return of former US President Donald Trump to the White House will not spell volatility in the property sector, the report said.
