iRobot on Wednesday said a pair of top executives are leaving the robotic-vacuum maker next month.

The Bedford, Mass., company Wednesday said Julie Zeiler, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Russ Campanello, executive vice president of human resources and corporate communications, will step down from their posts on Dec. 2, but will stay on in advisory roles through next March.

iRobot said Karian Wong, currently senior vice president and principal accounting officer, will succeed Zeiler as CFO, while Jules Connelly, the company's former senior director of human resources, will succeed Campanello as chief human-resources officer.

iRobot said Wong, 48 years old, will receive an annual base salary of $450,000 and an annual bonus with a target of up to 75% of her base pay. Connelly, 40, will receive a base salary of $350,000 and an annual bonus of up to 60% of her base pay.

Zeiler joined iRobot in 2017 and has been in her current post since May 2020, while Campanello has been with iRobot since 2010. iRobot said the executives will receive severance benefits that include a year's pay.

The executive changes come after iRobot on Tuesday said it would shed about 105 jobs, or 16% of its workforce.
