Greentown China Holdings (HKG:3900) logged sales, including contracted and subscription sales, of about 15.4 billion yuan in October with an average selling price of 29,755 yuan per square meter, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The real estate developer sold 3,655 units of self-investment projects with a saleable area of roughly 520,000 square meters during the month.
From January to October, the company's contracted sales reached 215 billion yuan, and its total saleable area sold was about 10.9 million square meters
