ICP (SGX:5I4) granted 27,075,000 share awards under its performance share plan, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The shares, valued at SG$0.007 each, will vest in three equal portions from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2027. No shares were awarded to the company's directors, controlling shareholders, or associates.
