PEC (SGX:IX2) completed the voluntary winding up of its subsidiary, PEC Myanmar, on Oct. 15, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The move, affecting PEC Myanmar's engineering, procurement, and construction services, is not expected to impact the company's net tangible assets or earnings per share for fiscal year 2025.
