Vividthree (SGX:OMK) has signed a non-binding MOU with Funkie Monkies Ventures to explore a partnership in the consumer out-of-home entertainment sector, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The collaboration will involve Vividthree in the operations of a new livehouse music venue at SCAPE Singapore, targeting the youth market, and complement its plans for family karaoke and game arcade ventures.
