China Jinmao Holdings Group (HKG:0817) reported contracted sales of 11.60 billion yuan in October, while its contracted gross floor sales area for the month was 650,420.95 square meters, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Cumulative sales for the 10 months to October reached 75 billion yuan, corresponding to GFA of 4.1 million square meters, the filing said.
The property business subscribed but not recorded sales as of Oct. 31 amounted to 2.24 billion yuan.
