Venture Corp's (SGX:V03) net profit was down 4.7% quarter over quarter to SG$60.6 million in the third quarter of 2024, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Revenue declined nearly 4% quarter over quarter to SG$689.7 million, due to lower demand in the life science, lifestyle consumer and test & measurement instrumentation domains.

Despite weak customer demand during the period, the company expects to log a stable revenue for the second half of the year compared with the previous one.
