Yuzhou Group (HKG:1628) along with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies made sales of 752 million yuan in October.

The corresponding gross floor area sold was 57,733 square meters and the average selling price came in at 13,031 yuan per square meter, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

In the 10 months to October, the group made sales of 6.47 billion yuan, with the corresponding gross floor area of 436,685 square meters at an average selling price of 14,813 yuan per square meter.

The group saw 27 million yuan in subscriptions, which were in the process of signing the contracts as of Oct. 31.
