Seatrium (SGX:S51) subsidiary Seatrium Energy signed a letter of intent with Japan-based Penta-Ocean Construction (POC) to conduct early engineering work on a 5000-ton heavy lift vessel project for the Japanese wind market.
The project is subject to POC's final investment decision, and a full contract award is expected in the first quarter of 2025, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
