Vista Gold (VGZ) shares were down 10% in recent Monday trading after the company announced an $8 million at-the-market equity offering program Friday.
The company may sell up to $8 million of its common shares from time to time under the program, with H.C. Wainwright as the sales manager, according to a Friday filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
