Central China Management (HKG:9982) recorded contracted sales of 1.02 billion yuan in October, with a contracted gross floor sales area of 170,000 square meters, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.
The property manager's average monthly selling price was 6,009 yuan per square meter.
For the first 10 months of 2024, contracted sales and sales area reached 11.08 billion yuan and about 1.8 million square meters, down about 47% and 45%, respectively.
The company did not obtain five newly contracted projects in October with a GFA of 404,200 square meters.
