K. Wah International Holdings (HKG:0173) said its chairman and managing director, Lui Che Woo, passed away at the age of 95 on Nov. 7, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Liu was also the chairman and an executive director at Galaxy Entertainment Group (HKG:0027). He founded both companies.

The companies said a new chairman will be appointed in due course.
