Goldstream Investment (HKG:1328) entered into a non-binding strategic cooperation memorandum with enterprise AI software company Beijing Fourth Paradigm Technology (HKG:6682) on Tuesday, a same-day bourse filing said.
Under the memorandum, the parties will explore cooperation in areas including strategic development and capital markets initiatives.
Multi-asset investment firm Goldstream Investment may also provide a series of services to Beijing Fourth Paradigm including business and financial advisory services among others.
Shares of Goldstream Investment and Beijing Fourth Paradigm Technology closed over 5% lower and 15% higher, respectively, on Wednesday.
