Dashan Education (HKG:9986) and Photons Powering Technology Group plan to cooperate to develop an artificial intelligence technology-powered social networking platform, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The parties plan to establish a project company that will solely work on the development of a hybrid social project based on artificial intelligence technology. The project aims to develop an AI-powered social networking platform named "ViVi.AI" which will aim to combine people with digital counterparts.

The project company with the intended name of Resonance AI Social Network International will have a share capital of HK$30 million, with the group contributing HK$15.3 million accounting for 51% of the share capital and the partner contributing the rest accounting for 40% of the share capital.
