Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) issued 4.38 million units at SG$1.1576 each to settle management fees for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The units cover 50.3% of the REIT manager's performance fee and 50.6% of the HAUT Manager's performance fee. Frasers Property Industrial Trust Holdings II was nominated to receive the units, paying SG$5.1 million.
