Metallurgical Corporation of China (SHA:601618, HKG:1618) or MCC, signed around 957.8 billion yuan of new contracts from January to October, down nearly 12% from a year prior, a Thursday bourse filing said.
Of this, the value of newly signed overseas contracts rose by 91% year over year to 66.32 billion yuan.
In October alone, the construction engineering company signed three contracts with a value greater than 1 billion yuan each.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the firm closed nearly 3% lower on Thursday.
