Tuan Sing Holdings (SGX:T24) has filed a Town Planning Application with the City of Melbourne for a mixed-use redevelopment of its properties at 121-131 Collins Street and 23-25 George Parade, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The project, through its subsidiary Grand Hotel Group, will revamp the Grand Hyatt Hotel podium, adding luxury retail and F&B spaces.

The redevelopment focuses on sustainability, adaptive reuse, and enhancing public engagement along Melbourne's "Paris End." The project will cover 84,500 square meters upon completion.
