Neusoft Education Technology (HKG:9616) plans to change its English name to Neutech Group Limited, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company also proposed to change its Chinese dual foreign name. The name change is subject to the approvals of the shareholders of the company and the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.
