Man Sang International (HKG:0938) unit Sichuan Huihong Commercial Management has agreed to acquire Chengdu Doof Commercial Management from Zhongtou Huawei Mobile Communication Technology (Beijing) for 5 million yuan, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Chengdu Doof Commercial Management engages mainly in commercial property management and the development of artificial intelligence software.
Hu, who is the controlling shareholder and an executive director of Man Sang International, is also the ultimate controlling shareholder of the seller.
Shares of the property dealer closed nearly 13% higher on Thursday.
