Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) (SGX:QC7) has completed the acquisition of Veritas Dental's business, following the signing of a business purchase agreement on Nov. 14, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Key changes from the initial terms include an extended 15-year service agreement with Sebrina, up from 10 years, and a revised 12-year profit guarantee totaling SG$1.5 million, compared with the original SG$1 million over eight years.
