• Homebuilding company Lennar (NYSE:LEN) (LEN.B) is set to acquire Rausch Coleman Homes, a residential homebuilder based in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
• Rausch Coleman's homebuilding operations are expected to deliver ~5K homes with an average sales price of $230K in 2024.
• Lennar said the acquisition will expand its footprint into new markets in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Kansas and Missouri.
• The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
