Lingyi iTech Guangdong (SHE:002600) issued convertible bonds worth 2.14 billion yuan, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The convertible bonds, which will have a subscription code of 072600, will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Chinese magnetic material components maker said.
Guotai Junan Securities (HKG:2611, SHA:601211) served as the lead underwriter for the issuance.
The company's shares dropped more than 5% in recent trade.
