CRE (TYO:3458), together with Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Sembcorp Development, invested in Sembcorp Infra Services (SIS) to build logistics warehouses in Vietnam, according to its filing on Wednesday.
Construction has begun on the Sembcorp Logistics Park Thuy Nguyen in the VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park, slated for completion by October 2025.
Upon completion, SIS will manage 11 logistics properties across northern and central Vietnam, with a combined leasable area of about 150,000 square meters.
