Salt Investments (SGX:FQ7), formerly called Jasper Investments, has completed its fundraising, including the CLN issuance and placement, issuing a total of 10,578,242,605 new shares, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
This includes 230.3 million shares issued to executive director Dennis Goh and the placement of 7.87 billion shares to investors, the filing said.
The company also finalized its acquisition of a 51% stake in Prosper Excel Engineering for SG$7.5 million, making it a subsidiary.
Following these actions, Salt Investments' issued share capital rose to 16.6 billion shares. The new shares are set to be listed on SGX Mainboard on Nov. 20.
