Beijing Kingsoft Office Software (SHA:688111) subsidiary Kingsoft Office Hong Kong is planning to sign an advertisement service agreement with Xiaomi's (HKG:1810) Singapore arm.
Under the $7.0 million transaction, the company will provide online advertising services to Xiaomi Singapore on the WPS Office Overseas android app, with the two parties sharing the revenue obtained through the advertising, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Shares of the software company rose 3% in recent trade.
