A shareholder of Tecon Biology (SHE:002100) plans to increase its holdings in the company by between 100 million yuan and 200 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.
Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps State-owned Assets Management will add its stake in the Chinese veterinary biological product manufacturer within six months.
Xinjiang Production currently owns 294.6 million shares or about 22% of the company, the disclosure said.
The company's shares rose more than 1% in recent trade.
