Four units of S-Enjoy Service Group (HKG:1755) have leased four separate office premises in Shanghai from Shanghai Xincheng Chuangyu Real Estate for three years from Nov. 18, 2024, to Nov. 17, 2027, a Monday bourse filing said.
The move comes about as the residential property manager's current headquarters and office lease agreements are due to expire in December 2024 and early 2025.
One of the premises will be used as the company's new headquarters, with the others becoming new office locations for the group.
