IPH (ASX:IPH) Chief Executive Officer Andrew Blattman sold 90,000 shares in the company for personal reasons, including tax obligations, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Blattman remains IPH's largest private individual shareholder with roughly 2.1 million shares in the company, or about 0.8% of issued capital, and 475,641 performance rights, the filing said.
