Playtika (PLTK) said Wednesday it completed the acquisition of mobile gaming company SuperPlay.
The company previously said in September it agreed to purchase the Tel Aviv, Israel-based mobile games developer for $700 million, with the potential for an additional $1.25 billion contingent on meeting specific financial targets over the next three years.
