Resouro Strategic Metals (ASX:RAU) said its shares will start trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US from Friday, allowing North American investors to trade in their time zone and settle transactions in US dollars, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The Canada-based mineral explorer and developer's shares will trade under the ticker symbol "RSGOF," the filing said.
The company's application to OTCQB was supported and sponsored by New York City-based Amvest Capital.
Resouro Strategic Metals' shares fell more than 2% in recent Friday trade and earlier hit a new 52-week low.
