Ramaco Resources (METC) said Wednesday it plans to sell senior unsecured notes due 2029 in an underwritten public offering.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, future investments, capital expenditures and working capital, according to the company.
The company said notes will be issued in integral multiples of minimum denominations of $25.
