The board of garments manufacturer Ceenik Exports (India) (BOM:531119) has received board approval for the issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of one fully paid-up equity share for every 5 fully paid-up equity shares held on record date, according to a Wednesday filing to the BSE.
The bonus issue is subject to the approval of shareholders in the company's annual general meeting.
