China Development Bank Financial Leasing (HKG:1606) and some of its units signed a deal with a unit of Air Lease Corp. to acquire two Boeing 737 family aircraft and four Airbus A321 family aircraft, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The aircraft are expected to be delivered by March 2025. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed in the filing.
The Chinese lender's stocks were down by over 2% in recent trading.
