BEIJING, Nov 22 (Reuters) - China's public security authorities have imposed an administrative penalty on Kuaishou Technology for failing to implement a measure to protect young people from the spread of "harmful content", the government said on Friday.

The authorities have ordered Kuaishou to conduct a thorough review to eliminate illegal content on its app and to handle accounts that violate the rules in accordance with the law.
