Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:BTOU) said its indirect subsidiary, Hancock S-REIT Sacramento, has redeemed all 115 outstanding preferred units held by unrelated parties, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The redemption, which amounted $100,000 and funded by internal resources, follows the divestment of the Capitol property in Sacramento, California.
