On Chris Judd’s Talk Ya Book today, Emanuel Datt from Datt Capital – one of the most highly requested analysts on Judd’s show – breaks down why he believes Predictive Discovery (ASX:PDI) is perfectly placed to capitalise on gold’s glittering run.

Gold, quite simply, has had an “incredible run” – and Mr Datt wants to take advantage.

Predictive Discovery has a high-grade zone on its hands in Guinea (which Mr Datt admits isn’t a tier-one mining region yet) so it’s starting from a strong spot.

“We’ve seen the influx of majors like Rio Tinto and very significant Chinese and Russian companies operating quite successfully for many years in this jurisdiction,” he added, pointing to that as a proven blueprint for Predictive to use.

“It takes two to three years to prepare a body of work like this properly and the new-ish management team have been in place for two and a half years now and definitely have to pedigree to operate in a jurisdiction like this. We’re coming to a pointy end [for the mining project] is what I’m trying to say.

“Once there’s these community consultations, environmental studies, and various aspects of the project to come prior to the exploitation permit being granted. But once that’s in place, that provides a very high degree of certainty.

“We’re very interested in a project like this… where it ends up is still speculation, but I really do that exploitation permit being a really significant value catalyst.”

Mr Datt then tipped any future Predictive sale to go for as much as 30-40c a share.

PDI last traded at 24.5cps today after dipping 2% through the trading day.
